Similar technologies may be used for technical, security, functional, statistical or advertising purposes.

MioMattone may use cookies or technologies strictly necessary for platform operation, security, session management and access to restricted areas.

These tools are used only to the extent required to provide the service requested by the user.

The MioMattone restricted area uses technical mechanisms required to maintain authenticated user sessions and protect access to accounts.

MioMattone also uses sessionStorage, a browser storage technology, to temporarily store the numeric identifiers of properties selected by the user for an information request.

MioMattone does not store in sessionStorage the personal data entered by the user in the request form. Information stored through this technology is limited to the browser session.

These tools are used to enable the functionality requested by the user.

MioMattone uses Cloudflare Turnstile on certain forms to protect the service against spam, bots and automated abuse.

Turnstile processes technical information required for security verification and may use technical identifiers strictly necessary for abuse prevention.

The integration is used exclusively for security purposes and not by MioMattone for advertising or profiling purposes.

Certain property pages may load maps and mapping resources from OpenStreetMap.

When maps are loaded, the user's browser makes requests to the servers providing those resources and technical information required for network communication may be processed, such as the IP address, browser information and request-related data.

MioMattone uses these resources exclusively to display the geographic location of properties and not for advertising or profiling purposes.

Property pages may contain YouTube videos and virtual tours provided by external services.

This content is not loaded automatically when the page is opened. Before loading, MioMattone displays a notice and the connection to the external service occurs only when the user chooses to view the content.

For YouTube videos, MioMattone uses the embed mode through the youtube-nocookie.com domain. After the user chooses to view the video, YouTube may still use cookies or other technologies according to its own policies and configurations.

Virtual tours may be provided by different third parties depending on the property. After the user chooses to view the tour, the relevant provider may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies.

When an agency chooses to make a payment or manage its subscription, MioMattone may redirect the agency to pages operated directly by Stripe.

MioMattone does not currently embed Stripe payment components in its public pages that are automatically loaded in the user's browser.

Once redirected to Stripe's services, the provider may use cookies and other technologies according to its own terms, policies and configurations.

MioMattone does not currently use analytics, advertising or profiling tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or equivalent tools.

If non-strictly necessary tools are introduced in the future, this notice and any consent management system will be updated before their activation.

MioMattone does not currently automatically load, on anonymous public pages, non-essential tracking technologies that require the user's prior consent.

For this reason, a cookie consent management banner is not currently active.

If technologies requiring consent are introduced in the future, those tools will only be activated after implementing a preference management system compliant with applicable law.

Users may also manage or delete cookies through their browser settings.

The duration of cookies and any identifiers depends on their purpose and on the service that uses them.

The cookie used for the MioMattone administration area session has a maximum duration of 24 hours and is necessary to keep the user authenticated.

For technologies that may be used by third-party services, their duration is determined by the respective providers according to their policies and configurations.

MioMattone uses certain services provided by third parties, including Cloudflare Turnstile for security and bot protection, OpenStreetMap for maps, and Stripe for payment and subscription management services.

Property pages may also contain YouTube videos and virtual tours provided by external services. Such content is not loaded automatically: connection to the external service occurs only after the user takes an action to view it.

When a third-party service is used, the relevant provider may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies and configurations.

MioMattone does not directly control cookies or other technologies set on domains independently operated by those providers.

This Cookie Policy may be updated following technical or legal changes or the introduction of new services.

The updated version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest revision.
